Registration information

We are delighted that you are planning to join us for the congress!

To register, simply fill in the online registration form. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you do not receive it, or if you would like to register a group, feel free to get in touch with Núria from the Technical Secretariat at nuria@barcelonahair.org

All registration fees include VAT (Spanish Value Added Tax 21%).

Please note that Congress Courses are not included in the main registration fee.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Early Registration
To take advantage of the reduced early registration fee, please ensure payment is completed before the 01/01/2026. After that, the standard rate will automatically apply.
Resident Registration
If you are registering as a resident, we kindly ask you to upload proof of status. Otherwise, the difference to the regular fee will be requested.
Abstract Authors
Authors of accepted abstracts can benefit from early registration rates until September 1st.
Payment
Full payment must be completed before the congress begins. If any amount is pending, it can be paid at the Technical Secretariat during badge collection – we accept cash or credit card.

MEMBER
Available to doctors affiliated with Hair & Dermatologic Societies. This rate is only applicable to active members of the following organizations:

-European Hair Research Society (EHRS)
- American Hair Research Society (AHRS)
- Ukrainian Hair Research Society (UHRS)
- Society for Hair Science Research (Japan)
- Korean Hair Research Society (KHRS)
- Academia Española de Dermatología y Venereología (AEDV)
- Australasian Hair & Wool Research Society (AHWS)
- Russian Hair Research Society (RHRS)

NON-MEMBER
For physicians, hair researchers, members of related specialties, and all other individuals interested in attending the scientific sessions and full congress program
STUDENT / RESIDENT
Open to medical students and dermatology residents. To qualify, you must provide proof of enrollment or a valid student/residency certificate.
INDUSTRY
Open to industry professionals who wish to participate in the scientific sessions.
GROUPS
Special discounts are available for groups of at least 30 physicians of the same nationality. For group registration, please contact nuria@barcelonahair.org directly.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION FEE

Access to all scientific sessions, including symposia
Admission to the Opening Ceremony
Entry to the poster and technical exhibitions
Coffee breaks during the congress
Congress materials (delegate bag, final programme, etc.)
Certificate of attendance
Free transportation between Hotel Calipolis, Sitges train station, and Hotel Melià.
A dedicated mini-bus shuttle runs the full route approximately every 30 minutes, or on demand when passengers are waiting.

Please note: Congress Courses are not included in the general registration fee.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to Núria at: nuria@barcelonahair.org

Cancellations received by 31/12/2025: Full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
Cancellations received between 01/01/2026 and 07/08/2026: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
After 07/08/2026: No refunds will be issued.
No refund will be given for no-shows or participants who do not attend the congress.
